Morning Update: A Cold and Rainy Tuesday

Today:

Tuesday clouds will quickly build in, early afternoon showers start and will continue on for the remainder of the day. Total rain accumulations will near half an inch, so be sure to bring an umbrella when you go out today. The high will make it to a chilly 48 degrees with a light breeze from the north.

Tonight:

The rain will continue overnight. Additional rainfall will amount to an additional half an inch. The rain will be completely moved out by about 2 am. The low will get down to 40 with a light breeze.

 

Tomorrow (Wednesday):

Wednesday will be much drier than Tuesday, partly cloudy skies with a high of 53 and a low of 31. Winds will pick up compared to yesterday with a west wind of 10 mph gusting to over 20 mph. No precipitation is expected Wednesday.

 

A Look Ahead: 

We’ll be getting an early taste of winter over the next week or so. The rest of the week and the weekend will all be very similar, below average temperatures with highs in the mid to upper 40s and lows in the mid to upper 20s.
