Today:
Today we say goodbye to the rain showers of yesterday and hello to the cloudy and partly sunny conditions of today. Unfortunately for those looking forward to fall weather, the summer heat is not ready to leave our area. We will experience above average temperatures, with a high of 83 degrees F. Winds today are mild with speeds of 5 to 7 mph. If the rain yesterday had you feeling down, weather conditions today are sure to bring your mood up.
Tonight:
Tonight we will see moderate cloud cover over the area and cooler temperatures as the sun retreats. The low this evening is 69 degrees F. Winds will not shift much from earlier, remaining around 7 mph.
Tomorrow (Wednesday):
Tomorrow looks to be quite the scorcher with well above average temperatures through much of the area. High temperatures will be in the low 90s which is nearly 10 degrees hotter than today. Sky conditions will be sunny and clear. Don’t forget to pack sunscreen for your walk to class or to the metro!
A Look Ahead:
The rest of the week continues the trend of summer temperatures and weather conditions. Going into Friday skies will remain sunny and temperatures will continue to be warm. Sounds like the perfect time to squeeze in any last minute outdoor activites before the autumn chill starts to set in.
