It seems to be a rainy Monday every time I write these articles, and today is no different. On a positive note, the rain we saw earlier this morning is moving off, leaving clouds for the rest of the day. Temperatures today will be the warmest of the next five days with a high of around 50 degrees. Although the sunshine won’t be making much of an appearance today, it’ll be around over the next few days.
Tonight:
Clouds will blanket the sky, so you won’t need the umbrella tonight if you plan to head to the library to study for those late-semester midterms. Temperatures will fall to the mid-30s, so remember to layer up. In addition to the cool temperatures, winds will be around 15 mph, which may cause it to feel colder.
Tomorrow (Tuesday):
A sunny day will brighten the mood on campus as Terps finish out the last three weeks of the semester. Temperatures will be in the mid-40s, but winds will still be a gusty 12 mph. While it won’t be the ideal weather to hang out on McKeldin Mall, it will still be nice for late fall.
Tomorrow Night:
Tuesday night will be a chilly one, so remaining indoors is recommended. While it will be clear, temperatures will fall to around 30 degrees, and winds will continue to gust up to 20 mph. Tuesday will be the perfect night for a hot cup of coffee or tea paired with your favorite show on Netflix.
A Look Ahead:
The sunshine will stick around until Friday, where rain will take over for the weekend. High temperatures will hover in the mid-40s for the week, and winds will be lighter for the later part of the week.
