After a relatively enjoyable weekend of weather, it looks as though Spring is finally in full swing. The day started off chilly with a low of 43 degrees just before sunrise which quickly rose to a seasonable high of 69 degrees due to abundant sunshine. Luckily, the sunshine is here to stay for the remainder of the day and will continue into the day tomorrow which will be accompanied by above average temperature for this time of year.
Through tonight:
Sunny skies will remain until sunset with clear skies expected for overnight. Temperatures will drop into the upper 40s through tonight with winds decreasing to around 5 mph out of the west. Overall, it will be a pleasant night around the College Park area. There is a Red Flag Warning for our area as well, but will expire tonight at 8pm.
Tomorrow (Tuesday):
Tuesday will be a phenomenal day to be out and about for outdoor activities. High pressure will be the dominant air mass, allowing for clear skies through the duration of the day. Temperatures are forecast to be a bit above average at around 79 degrees with a light breeze out of the west to take the edge off when needed.
