Today: A chilly beginning to the morning should give way into pleasant fall temperatures in the high 50s to low 60s by early afternoon. Clouds will remain in the sky for a majority of the day, not overcast, but a consistent presence of them will be felt. This, in addition to little to no wind in the forecast, should make this a very pleasant Sunday for outdoor activities by early afternoon.
Tonight: Clouds will move in overnight, raising our lows for today to the mid 40s, a great deal warmer than their frigid predecessors on Saturday. A cold front that is moving in will cause for scattered showers throughout the day tomorrow. The showers should hold off for tonight, so if you are planning any Sunday evening activities you should be good to go.
Tomorrow (Monday): There will be a chance of rain throughout the day, but mainly in the afternoon and evening. Sorry, Trick-or-Treaters! With the moisture moving in, our low temperature for tomorrow will rocket up, sitting less than 10 degrees below our high in the mid 60s. So, temperature wise, it will be a pleasant fall day. The only question is whether the rain will come and ruin that.
Tomorrow night: Now for the part everyone is looking for – it is basically a 50/50 chance of rain in the evening tomorrow. The cold front traveling into our area is mixing with warm air and making rainfall hard to predict, so it will be a scattered system for tomorrow, with precipitation totals expected to only be 0.1-0.25 inches. With lows in the high 50s and rainfall expected to be scattered, you can be cautiously hopeful that you will have enough time to hit the neighborhood for a bit to pick up some goodies.
A Look Ahead: The rest of this week should be great weather-wise, with highs in the upper 60s and even the low 70s and lows in the upper 50s. Clouds will come and go throughout the week, with the two best chances for rain on Tuesday with the remnants of Monday’s system and Wednesday with a second wave of that system. After that, Thursday and Friday should be dry and mild.
