Evening Update: Warm Up, Rain Down

Today was back to perfectly average temperatures after the especially cool weather College Park saw the past few days. However, this dry weather will not last, as there is a chance of rain every day up until Sunday evening!

Tonight (Tuesday):

There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms tonight, with some storms even causing small hail and gusty winds. The chance of precipitation is 30%, and the low temperature will be in the mid-50s. Skies will be cloudy, and wind from the east will blow at 6 to 8 mph.

Tomorrow (Wednesday):

There is a slight chance of showers before 2 p.m. as well as fog and a slight chance of thunderstorms between noon and 2 p.m. The rest of the day will be mostly cloudy, with a high just below 70. The chance of precipitation is 20% and winds from the east will come at 7 to 9 mph.

Tomorrow Night:

There will again be patchy fog and a slight chance of showers before 2 a.m. as well as a slight chance of thunderstorms between midnight and 2 a.m. The patchy fog will return after 5 a.m. Skies will be mostly cloudy, with an east wind at 6 mph becoming calm after midnight. The low temperature will be just below 60 degrees, and the chance of precipitation is 20%.
