PM Update: Return to Normal Weather to Close Out the Week

When there’s nice weather out, you know the drill. Head to McKeldin Mall and enjoy the sun. This is what the first half of our week felt like, thanks to a high pressure system off the coast that helped funnel in warm air from our south. The end of the week will be more of a return to reality for our typical April weather.

Through Tonight: Nothing out of the ordinary tonight. Fair skies that dominated the daytime will slowly give way to more clouds overnight. Light winds out of the northeast will aid in giving us a chillier night than we had gotten used to the past couple of previous nights, with temperatures dipping into the upper 40s to low 50s for our area.

Tomorrow (Friday): Good Friday will bring us seasonal weather for mid-April, with a daytime high expected to be around 66-70 degrees. Easterly winds will help shore in more clouds during the day. For those of us dying with allergies, the clouds tomorrow with no rain expected is a tease, seeing how high pollen levels are right now. As of now, no rain is forecasted in the near future, so we will have to stick with the stuffy noses and yellow-coated cars for the time being.

Pollen forecast for our area today, which should remain similar the next few days. (via Pollen.com)
