Morning Update: Temperatures Continue to Warm

Today:

In the wake up a weak cold front that passed though the area early yesterday morning we are left with a broad area of wide pressure that will occupy our region for the remainder of the work week. This will lead to steadily rising high temperatures throughout this week. Today the high will be 60 with partly cloudy skies, a nice southern breeze will blow at 5-7 mph.

Tonight:

Skies will become clear overnight and winds will calm. Temperatures will drop considerably with the low being around 33.

Tomorrow (Thursday):

Thursday will be warmer with highs near 67, skies will be nearly crystal clear with a very light breeze from the south at 2-4 mph. It definitely won’t feel like a mid-November day so get out and enjoy it while its around! Overnight lows will drop into the lower 40’s. Winds will calm and skies will remain clear.

A Look Ahead:

Friday will be even warmer with highs nearing 70! However clouds will build in Friday as a cold front rapidly approaches. Friday evening will be wet and breezy as the front passes leading to a much cooler weekend. Saturday will be mostly clear and 54 with strong and gusty winds all day. Winds will blow in from the northwest at 12-15 mph gusting over 20 mph, this will result in wind chills in the upper 40’s. Sunday wills calm a little with otherwise similar conditions.
