A Look Ahead:
Saturday will be considerably windy as a powerful system moves north of us and the adjoining cold front passes through during the afternoon. Winds will be 15-20 mph gusting past 30 mph from the northwest. Winds will slowly die down by late Sunday afternoon. Sunday will be moderately cooler in the wake of the strong front with highs barely reaching 50. Next week is looking to be much warmer than average with highs in the 70s all week as a warm front Monday will bring a stable weather pattern for most of next week.
