Today: Another chilly morning today, with temperatures starting out near freezing. Temperatures will gradually rise throughout the morning to a high of 60 degrees around 4 p.m. It should be sunny throughout the day, with winds gusting up to 20 mph. So, go out this morning with a jacket on but be prepared for a good deal of warming by the afternoon.
Tonight: There will not be as much cooling this evening, with temperatures staying near 50 degrees overnight as clouds roll in. The clouds are moving with a low pressure system coming into our area, which could bring some rain overnight. Winds will be relatively light for most of the night.
Tomorrow: The rain chances from tonight could linger into tomorrow morning. After the potentially wet start, the temperatures should reach the high 60s or potentially 70 degrees by the afternoon. Dry conditions with some clouds will prevail in the afternoon, as dry air moves in from the northwest. Winds should consistently be around 10 mph throughout the day and into the night. Temperatures will drop to the 30s tomorrow night, with the potential for rain to start after midnight.
A Week Ahead: A cold, rainy day will be the story on Friday, with temperatures actually dropping throughout the day and only rising to 50 degrees late Friday night. The low pressure and rain will leave us Friday night. Saturday and Sunday will bring fair and steady weather, with Saturday forecasting to be slightly warmer but both days looking to be sunny with highs around 55 degrees and lows in the 30s. Looking into next week, these conditions from the weekend seem to continue for at least Monday and Tuesday as high pressure builds in our area.
