Morning Update: The Beginning of a Chilly Few Days.

Today:

Today we’ll be feeling a strong cold front associated with a low pressure system over the Great Lakes that came through late yesterday. Temperatures today will be below average, more than 10 degrees less than Monday with a high of 55 F.  We will be seeing lots of sunshine today as well as a winds as high as 10 mph from the west. Dry conditions will persist all day into the overnight.

 

Tonight:

Clear conditions all night long with temperatures getting as low as 39 F. Winds 6-8 mph will continue throughout the night as a result of the same low pressure system.

 

Tomorrow (Wednesday):

Wednesday we will see nearly identical weather to Tuesday with a high of 55 F and a low of 38 F with winds gusting up to 18 mph and no precipitation expected. Sunny conditions will continue all day long.

 

A Look Ahead:

As the low pressure system finally moves out Thursday, temperatures will begin to rise towards the latter half of the week with highs expected to hit 70 F by Saturday, just in in time for homecoming weekend! No precipitation is expected through Sunday.
