Morning Update: Suspiciously Warm Saturday

Today:

In another turn of temperatures today is going to be significantly warmer than yesterday with a high of 70 degrees. This isn’t just warm compared to yesterday, it is significantly warmer than the temperature usually is this time of year. However, we won’t see much of the sun, with clouds persisting throughout the day. In the afternoon, showers will move in after 4pm and continue into the night. Winds will be around 10-18 mph. Wind gusts have the potential to reach up to 46 mph. It will be a windy day especially in the afternoon.

Tonight:

Showers will continue in the night. The temperature will reach as low as 41 degrees. Winds will range between 13 to 20 mph with large wind gusts similar to the daytime. It will remain cloudy, with the clouds only clearing out Sunday morning.  

 

Tomorrow (Sunday): 

As the clouds clear out in the morning, Sunday will become a Sunny day. Temperatures will drop from Saturday to have a high of 49 degrees. The wind will also decrease ranging from 10 to 13 mph. Tomorrow will also see gusts up to 28 mph. Sunday night will be clear and will see the return of the cold temperatures reaching as low as 28 degrees. 

 

A Look Ahead: 

Finals week looks to have temperatures mostly in the mid 50s with lows in the low 30s. There does not seem to be any precipitation throughout the week. The week will start out sunny, but will become cloudy as the week goes on.
