Morning Update: Literal 10 Out of 10 Day

Today: Can’t ask for a much better day than today. A ridge of high pressure remains stalled over our region, making way for clear skies, low humidity, temps in the low to mid 70s, and a light west-northwest breeze. All these factors should make for a fantastic time to be outside.

Tonight: Clear skies continue into the night as temps drop into the low 50s during the early morning hours. Winds will shift to the southwest but remain very light.

Tomorrow (Thursday): More of the same crisp, clear, beautiful weather is expected for Thursday, albeit maybe slightly warmer with high temps getting up into the upper 70s during the afternoon. Winds shift slightly to the south but remain fairly light at 5-8 mph.

Tomorrow Night (Thursday Night): Clouds begin to return as an approaching cold front kicks out the ridge of high pressure. There is a slight chance of precipitation associated with the passing front, although these showers are expected to remain light and scattered. Temps are also expected to remain in the low 60s for much of the night. Winds will begin out of the south at 8-10 mph, but then shift to the northwest as the front passes during the early morning hours.

A Look Ahead: Once the cold front moves through Friday morning, expect temperatures to cool down a bit as the weekend looks to bring high temps in the 60s. With another round of clear skies however, it looks to be a beautiful fall weekend ahead.
