Today:
While the clouds will be plentiful, a warm front lifting north across the area will deliver mild afternoon temperatures in the mid to upper 60s. A breezy southerly wind will develop with the arrival of warmer temperatures, with winds expected to be 10 to 15 mph with gusts as high as 25 mph.
Tonight:
Unlike the past two nights when temperatures dropped into the 40s, temperatures tonight will only drop slightly into the mid 50s. A few rain showers and even a rumble of thunder are possible with a 50% chance for rain. Breezy southerly to southwesterly winds will continue at 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
Tomorrow (Monday):
Despite winds shifting to the northwest, a rather beautiful Monday is on tap for the last day of classes. High temperatures will be in the upper 60s and morning clouds will break to yield afternoon sunshine. Winds will be at 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
A Look Ahead:
A rather dry week is ahead and while temperatures will be below-average, the strong May sunshine will bring great weather to be outdoors. High temperatures will be in the mid 60s to near 70 degrees with chilly lows in the 40s through Friday.
