Today:
High temperatures will be around 44 degrees F today, but with a windchill high of only 38 degrees F. Steady winds of around 10 to 15 mph provide that lovely chill, only giving way after the sun has set, around 8 pm. Sunshine may provide a break from the cold at times, with partly cloudy skies throughout the day. Temperatures will start to drop around 6 pm, gradually falling to below freezing temperatures overnight.
Tomorrow (Saturday):
Tomorrow will be much nicer than today, with highs of around 55 degrees F. Today’s wind becomes tomorrow’s breeze, with gentle winds of around 5 mph only drawing, at most, a shiver.
A Look Ahead:
While this last week has been a chilling reminder of winter’s range, next week looks to be a return to warmer temperatures. Expect daily highs to be in the upper sixties, even crossing into 70 degree territory. Hopefully we’ve seen the last of the cold as we move forward into the spring.
