Today:
High pressure from Canada quickly asserts itself clearing out all of the rain from yesterday, leaving us with completely sunny skies and highs mainly in the low 60s. Winds are barely noticeable from the northwest. This is one of the nicest days of the Fall so far.
Tonight:
Clear skies and calm winds continue albeit some chilly temperatures. Lows dip into the upper 30s, potentially reaching the coldest level since last Spring.
Tomorrow (Sunday):
Sunday’s weather will be very similar to Saturday’s except for the addition of a few afternoon clouds. Highs creep back into the mid-60s with light winds shifting to the southeasterly direction. There certainly will be nothing to complain about!
A Look Ahead:
A very quiet but rather mild stretch is shaping up for next week. Thanks to the main jet stream running north of our area, a warmer southerly flow will redevelop giving us increasing temperatures. Highs bounce from the upper 60s on Monday to the low and mid-70s for the rest of the week, while lows hold in the 50s each night. Partly cloudy skies are expected most days, with only very slight chances of rain Monday night and Friday night. Overall, this is a beautiful stretch of weather, so definitely spend time enjoying it!
