Today:

If you had hoped Saturday would be a continuation of Friday’s amazing weather, well you’re out of luck. Although there isn’t any rain scheduled for the day, you shouldn’t expect to see much sun as it’ll be a mostly cloudy day. Temps will reach their climax at 75 F, accompanied by southerly wind gusts peaking at 10 mph.

Tonight:

Unfortunately, the cloudiness will continue for the rest of the night, along with a slight chance of showers (around 20%) starting after 2am. Temps will dip down to 62 F.

Tomorrow (Sunday):

I’m sure you’ve heard the news regarding Hurricane Delta battering down on Louisiana most of the day yesterday. It’s now worn off into a tropical depression, and it’ll make an impact in regards to rain in the DMV. You can expect the chance of precipitation to be 100% throughout the entire day tomorrow, mainly past 11am. Total rainfall amounts for the day will be in the range of 1 to 2 inches. Temperatures will be a low of 63 F and a high of 73 F

A Look Ahead:

You can expect the remnants of Hurricane Delta to still effect us on Columbus Day for sure, and marginally on Tuesday as well. Right now, we’re looking at a chance of precipitation of 80% up until 8 p.m. on Monday, and on Tuesday there will just a slight chance of rain, as for right now it should mostly be sunny the rest of the week once Columbus Day is over. Temps shouldn’t get higher than about 72 F for the next few days, and won’t get any lower than about 51 F.
