With a bright and sunny start to the week, students were upset last night’s storm veered too far north and ruined the possibility of a snow day. Today, the high was around 40 degrees with moderate winds of around 10-15 mph from the northwest. With temperatures feeling closer to the low 30s and dropping throughout the night, make sure to bring your winter coat and gloves with you!
Tonight:
Temperatures will drop steeply tonight and will reach a low of 20 degrees early tomorrow morning. Winds will stay at a constant 2-5 mph from the northwest direction until early tomorrow morning. Cloud cover is minimal – take a study break by heading outside and checking out some constellations!
Tomorrow (Tuesday):
Tomorrow’s weather is slightly colder than today’s; the high temperature will be 34 degrees with sunny skies all throughout the day. Winds may pick up to 10 mph around 4 p.m. and will shift from the northwest to southwest direction and back. Grab some hot chocolate and stay snuggled up for a study break!
Tomorrow Night:
Temperatures drop to the upper teens during the night but will feel closer to single digits. Make sure to bring your winter coat with you! Winds stay moderate at around 10-12 mph from the northwest direction. Cloud cover will be minimal.
Look Ahead:
Wednesday’s and Thursday’s weather are looking to be very similar to the beginning of the week, with temperatures hovering in the upper 30s during the day and dropping to the low 20s to upper teens in the evenings. Rain showers are expected throughout the weekend, so make sure to have rain boots and umbrellas on hand for any fun activities planned!
