Evening Update: Same Temps, Different Day

This morning, we were greeted with sunrise at around 7:20 a.m. and a fall weather system similar to yesterday, with highs around 65 degrees and wind gusts up to 6 mph. We are sitting beneath a trough of low pressure, which may cause a small risk showers up until the evening. We got a little sun through the mostly cloudy skies, but the clouds will hang around as a cold front passes through.

Tonight (Saturday):

Tonight, you can expect lower temperatures as a cold front passes through this evening, bringing around a 10% chance of precipitation. Sunset is expected around 6:23 p.m.. Be sure to bundle up Terps; lows will be in the 40s with winds varying between 10-16 mph and gusts up to 31 mph. It’s sure to be a chilly fall night. You can also expect a waxing gibbous tonight with almost 80% illumination!

Tomorrow (Sunday):

Tomorrow, you can expect clearer skies and more sun. Because of the cold front that passed through, we may have highs in the 50s and you can expect a northeast wind around 18 mph and gusts up to 30 mph. Be prepared for a chilly Sunday!

Tomorrow Night:

Another cold front will be passing through, bringing cooler temperatures. Expect lows around 38 degrees and northeast winds ranging from 6-11 mph. Sunday evening will be cool, windy, and dry; perfect, uneventful weather.
