EVENING UPDATE: RAIN SHOWERS ENDING BY TONIGHT. WARMER WEATHER ON WEDNESDAY

Hopefully your holiday weekend was fun and safe! As everyone returns to their everyday routines, it only seems fitting for today’s forecast to be wet and dreary. Fortunately, the rain should not last long. Pleasant weather will be the trend for the next few days.

Through Tonight:

Scattered light rain showers are possible throughout the evening until around 9 pm. Southwest winds will remain light. Temperatures will drop to the low 50’s ahead of the approaching cold front which will move through our area during the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Tomorrow (Wednesday):

Early morning temperatures, starting out in the high 40s, will approach the mid-50s for tomorrow’s high. By morning, light and variable winds will soon transition to 10-15 mph northwesterly wind speeds in the afternoon. Skies will remain mostly cloudy throughout the day. On Wednesday night, a high pressure system is expected to move into the area before bringing calm and pleasant weather through Thursday morning.
