Evening Update: Another cold and blustery night

Sunday’s weather gave us a taste of what to expect this week. High winds and cold temperatures. Blustery conditions will remain even with high pressure is on its way. The forecasted clear and sunny skies will not bring warmer weather. Temperatures can expect to remain in the mid 40s for the week ahead.

Through Tonight:

Mostly clear skies for the night but high northwest winds are expected. Potential wind gusts can reach up to 34 mph. As the high pressure system develops in our region overnight, the high winds will decrease. Low temperatures will be in the upper 20s/ lower 30s.

Tuesday:

Strong northwest winds early in the day with wind gusts up to 25 mph and slowly diminishing thereafter. High temperatures will be in the mid to upper 40s. With high pressure in place, clear and sunny skies are expected again. Evening temperatures will be in the upper 20s/lower 30s.
