We’ve got yet another fantastic weather weekend in store once again. We won’t be “roasting” in 80 degree heat like last weekend, but I count that as a win! November is no time for heat, especially when the latter is available in copious in the summer around this area. Both weekend days will feature mild temperatures and cool evenings, which should push the fall foliage colors into peak form.
Through Tonight: Call it boring or call it tranquil. Whatever you call it, don’t expect the weather to make much of an impact on your Friday night. Clear skies and little wind will set the stage for some radiational cooling, which should allow temperatures to drop into the upper 30’s in College Park.
Saturday: It’s a 10 out of 1o as far as I am concerned. Or is it 5 turtles out of 5 turtles? High pressure is in control and will help to provide mostly sunny skies with afternoon temperatures reaching the mid 60s. Winds will be light at 5-10 mph from the northwest. Clear and cool again on Saturday night, with low temps near 40 degrees.
Sunday: Another winner. Mostly sunny with slightly warmer temperatures, albeit by a few degrees. Afternoon highs closer to the upper 60s with a light west wind at 5-10 mph.
