Steady winds of around 10 to 15 mph provide that lovely chill, only giving way after the sun has set, around 8 pm. Sunshine may provide a break from the cold at times, with partly cloudy skies throughout the day. Today&#8217;s wind becomes tomorrow&#8217;s breeze, with gentle winds of around 5 mph only drawing, at most, a shiver.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Look Ahead:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While this last week has been a chilling reminder of winter&#8217;s range, next week looks to be a return to warmer temperatures. Expect daily highs to be in the upper sixties, even crossing into 70 degree territory.
