It will begin to feel like early spring, rather than late winter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Through Tonight:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Northwest winds will continue to weaken across the area this evening and remain calm overnight. \u00a0Expect temperatures to fall to the mid-to-upper 20s under clear skies.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 511px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/trowal.weather.umd.edu\/TerpWRF\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/trowal.weather.umd.edu\/products\/netcdf\/TerpWRF\/2017021612\/t2_F018_d02.png\" alt=\"Model Image\" width=\"501\" height=\"393\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>TerpWRF model displays Thursday night temperatures at 1:00 AM.
