Record-breaking temperatures climbing into the 70s (Yes, in February) the past two days stopped any earlier snow from sticking. After midnight or so, gusty winds should die down a bit. Although skies will be mostly clear, temperatures will plummet into the low 20s\/teens tonight, reminding us that it is still winter.
