Increasing Clouds And Rain For Friday."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The second day of winter felt more like mid-Autumn with above average temperatures, sunny skies and gusty winds.\u00a0Wind speeds were as high as\u00a020 mph.\u00a0Temperatures made it into the mid-to-upper 50&#8217;s and blue skies could be seen for miles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Through Tonight<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Before the holiday weekend, weather conditions in the DMV region will remain clear and cold for tonight.\u00a0By 7pm, wind speeds will decrease to 11 to 13 mph. Even though cloud cover will increase throughout the day, we will\u00a0continue to hold ample sunshine. Temperatures are expected to\u00a0climb to the\u00a0upper 40s. Winds\u00a0out of the southwest\u00a0will remain calm. Friday\u00a0night will be\u00a0mostly clear until increasing\u00a0cloud cover and rain move in after late midnight hours.
